Meet Patricia...   
Hello from My Heart to Yours....

 

I am a woman who is in her early fifties but feels like she is in her thirties.  I enjoy taking care of myself in most areas of my life.  Be it health, fitness, eating (some call it diet) ~ mentally ~ emotionally ~ physically ~ and most important spiritually. 

I am a daughter, a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a great-grandmother.  My life has been filled with many ups and downs, but with that comes many experiences.  I have learned that is wonderful to learn from others but also learn within the wisdom that it is given to me spiritually. 

I indicated that I am in my fifties but I feel like I am in my thirties.  This statement is so true.  Over the years I have been complimented how I look.  When individuals ask me how old I am and I tell them, they do not believe me. A year ago, my husband and I went out to a local bar to listen to a band that was playing.  Before entering into the door, I was not allowed to enter until I showed them my ID.  Yup, I got carded.  Needless to say, it made me feel Great!  After they looked at my ID, they couldn't believe it, but they allowed me to proceed. 

I am a spunky, positive, loving, living spirit on this planet we call Earth.

I have been working out at the gym about a year & a half with my trainer who just so happens to be my husband.  I keep up with my husband on all workouts; so I am here to tell you ladies, we can keep up with the men.  When you read any of my posts, remember that they are my own personal writings with my thoughts and my experiences which give me pleasure to share with you.
